We are a family owned bakery and lunch café surrounded by wine country, located in the heart of the college town of Fredonia, N.Y. All of our food is prepared on the premises with love, by hand, using simple and natural ingredients.

Specializing in “no one goes hungry” we have plenty of vegetarian options and even a few vegan ones!

Jim has spent 22 years developing “great bakes”. Whether it is our soft cheese pillows, blueberry clouds, upcakes or any of our other “great bakes”, they are all time tested tasty treats that leave you wanting more!!
